How do I begin with SecurionPay?
Just visit our website and click the Sign Up button and start filling out requested fields with your company details and contact information. Seconds later you are already inside our interface, ready to start the integration. Begin with browsing our Technical Documentation section:
You will be contacted by one of our account managers, who will explain you the administrative part (see application form and supporting flies).
Do I need a legal entity to work with SecurionPay?
Yes. Incorporation is necessary. SecurionPay does not accept business from individuals or freelancers.
What about the jurisdiction I come from?
We accept companies that are registered in Europe. Additionally, we accept entities from Israel, but only for Visa cards processing.
Can SecurionPay help me to incorporate if I am from a different region than accepted?
Yes. If you have a registration that is not accepted we can recommend where and how you can incorporate in Europe. SecurionPay is not an agent for such services and does not provide any legally bounding advice. We are more than happy to direct you to companies that specialise in providing incorporation services.
I am based in the United States. Can SecurionPay provide services for me?
If you are physically based in the United States but you have a European incorporation, you can work with SecurionPay. You will be asked to have a local representative in Europe with a valid European address.
If your company has been registered in the United States, you will still need to incorporate in Europe.
SecurionPay can process transactions coming from US customers in US dollars.
What information should I add in ‘Representative person’ section?
Fill in this section with the address of a person who represents your business in a local market and resides in a country where the local office is registered. You need to provide a proof that the representative is domiciled in this country, for example, it should be mentioned in company documents or in a statement signed by the director.
I work as a freelancer and have no corporation, but I have a product I would like to sell. Can I still use SecurionPay?
Due to Card Association rules and banking law, you need to have a corporation to work with SecurionPay.
What documents will I have to provide and when?
You will be required to provide a fully completed application form, a Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of the Director’s Current Appointment Record, Share Holder Certificate/Annual Report, Passport Copy of the Director/Signatory/Local Representative. Proof of Address of the Director or Secretary as proof of local representative, current processing history for last 6 months (if available), Passport Copy of UBO (Ultimate Business Owner).
In special cases some additional documents may be required.
Which business models and products does SecurionPay accept?
With SecurionPay any product type and its variation is possible: memberships, pay-per-view, one-click payments and recurring transactions. If you have any doubts or wish to consult us following your approval, please contact our sales team directly: [email protected]
List of excluded businesses:
- Banned / illegal goods and services
- Drugs and related accessories (intoxicating substances)
- Pharmaceuticals and goods whose effect is doubtful
- Sale of tobacco products
- Sub-Acquiring / merchant aggregation
- Investments, assets
- Massage parlors and tattoo studios
- Night clubs / Cabaret bars
- Debt collection agencies
- Church-like organizations or groups that do not have church status in Germany
- Charitable societies (with the exception of known German charitable organizations)
- Chain letters
- High-risk telemarketing companies (horoscopes, predictions / forecasts of any kind)
- Guarantees (long-term nature of contract makes risk difficult to calculate)

- ISP and Hosting Services
- Credit Repair
- Money Transfer
How can I change the company name after the contract has been signed?
This is very easy. You just need to provide us with a new name and a document, which confirms the change. You will then receive a special “change form” to sign. Once this is done, it will be submitted to the bank. You will be notified as soon as the change becomes effective.
Which countries does SecurionPay support?
For incorporation, you need to be registered in a Europe.
For processing transactions we don’t block any countries. The entire world is open with us, unless you decide differently.
Is SecurionPay responsible for the underwriting of my documents?
Underwriting is done directly by the bank where you apply for your merchant account, but we can advise you every time whether the documentation you provided is correct.
How much time will it take from signing up to “going live”?
It depends on you. Sign up is immediate, integration takes hours and SecurionPay guarantees 5 working days for the delivery of your merchant account. If everything goes as planned, you should be up and running within a week!
What currencies can be processed?
SecurionPay can process 160 currencies worldwide. It’s very unlikely that you will not find the currency you are looking for on our list.
We can also settle in 20 currencies to your bank accounts.
What do I do if I forgot my username or password?
You can automatically reset it or contact technical support to provide you with a new one. Contact us directly via[email protected]
How can I import my credit card information from another processor to SecurionPay?
This can be done easily following strict PCI compliance rules and regulations. For guidance please contact our support department directly before you initiate the process ([email protected]).
