SecurionPay Checkout T&C are a form of legal agreement between SecurionPay and a User, You, that pays online. By using the SecurionPay Checkout, User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The SecurionPay Checkout allows not only to collect payments from the Users faster and easier but also securely store Users credit and debit card information for future payments on every website where SecurionPay Checkout option has been enabled for a Merchant.

SecurionPay Checkout - how it works?

When User shops online on a website which has SecurionPay Checkout enabled, SecurionPay will ask to remember you. After the User agrees, SecurionPay will store certain information like: password, email address, or your mobile phone number, and User’s payment details. This is very convenient for the User and it will make your payment experience much easier and faster not only if the User comes back to the same website but also on any other website which has SecurionPay Checkout functionality enabled.

SecurionPay Task.

SecurionPay Checkout will store User payment information. User is ultimately responsible for the purchases made via SecurionPay Checkout. Merchant is responsible for providing to the User the products or services which User buys using SecurionPay Checkout, not SecurionPay. SecurionPay will use our reasonable efforts to keep your Payment Credentials secure.

Making Changes.

User willing to delete card credentials or stop storing payment information via SecurionPay Checkout, can send an email to [email protected] or click "My Account" link in the email received from SecurionPay during registration.


By using SecurionPay Checkout User represents and states that User is at least 18 years of age and will not use SecurionPay Checkout for any fraudulent and unlawful activites.


To the extent permitted by applicable Swiss law, Online Payments Group AG and its auxiliary persons accept no liability with regard to the information accessible through its website or its the newsletter, or with regard to any damages caused by the use of SecurionPay website or SecurionPay Checkout.

Governing Law

These data protection terms ae governed by Swiss law exclusively. Any disputes arising from these data protection terms shall be brought before the competent court at the registered seat of Online Payments Group AG.

Change of Terms and Conditions

SecurionPay can change, modify, or amend entirely or in portion Terms of Service at any time by replacing the existing T&C with new ones followed by a notification to the User about these changes. The changes become valid at the moment of posting them online in this place. Should the User choose not to accept new version User have a right to terminate his or hers use of SecurionPay Checkout at any time.


SecurionPay failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and remain enforceable between the parties.
