Call to Action
Don’t underestimate how clear your button messaging should be. When in doubt, always choose the simpler version of the button copy you’re considering. Users need to know exactly what’s going to happen once they click that button. For example, if clicking a given button equals making a purchase, the button copy could read: “Pay $100”.
The customer should know how much they’re going to pay at all times, so remember to make the final price visible throughout the entire checkout process.
